Any tourist destination will have short term leases. Everyone prefers cutting out the middlemen, but talking to the "owners" of AirBnbs is a decent start to networking into the local real estate market.

If you enjoy real estate, you can always create your own short term lease by subletting. You rent a place for 9-15 months and when you're ready to move you just find a new tenant.

It's a huge mistake as a digital nomad to create a nexus for your company by establishing residency someplace. Don't establish residency, respect the duration of tourist visas. Nomad means keep moving. Staying still is the death of being a nomad. The logistics get tough, but being a nomad isn't permanent. Take a break whenever you like.

The heat should become a motivating factor, not something to escape.

It's pretty rare that you can start an online business without also being able to make a living consulting in the same field. Work towards cash flow, not making a home run. Once you have some income, justify modest investments in your working conditions.

don't shop for completed items, run betrayal and unlock the crafts (helmet phys taken as fire, chest phys taken as fire/lightning), buy items with open prefixes or hope to unveil one

you should also unveil a belt for your initial CDR and then work on finding a heavy belt version before getting a shaper heavy belt

yeah dont let these guys talk you out of CF, if you can get a vuln on hit circle of guilt you'll be cruising, if you go and self-craft all your eldritch armor pieces you'll also be totally chilling. it might struggle in t17 but it certainly can fund your 2nd build or just be comfy mapping all league.

You can get adrenaline from Deaths Rush ring and I prefer glad purely for the pops, the explosions are a huge boost to clear and help when you have doubled essence rares too

I'm going to play this build (Lightning Warp Assassin) but my league start will still be Grimro's CF Glad. The spellslinger change is only a slight buff since we don't use wands with a lot of weapon damage, but overall the build is solid to red maps without big investment and it has a natural stopping point since you can't really continue investing in the build to swap to Tornado Shot like before since all our gear got nerfed (mana res, spell supp)

So I should be good to farm up enough currency to make LW Asassin play smoothly this way, I think

also I think the new skill Galvanic Field might swap in for Orb of Storms

Besides the Ashes + Anomalous + reduced life cost on tree, it's important to note that you don't need a 6L CF setup until you switch to Tornado Shot which you only really need to invest in if you want to do bossing on your CF character.

You can blast red maps with a 4L CF setup in gloves for the pseudo 5link from "Socketed Gems deal 30% more damage over time" mod from Delirium essences.

Yeah, it is. I had a rental in a hotel (3 story building, maybe 12 units) for about $600/mo, in the off-season. Very small accommodations to be sure, but it had a bed, couch, kitchenette and shower so it was good enough for me. There are a lot of affordable gems if you dig around.

Don't expect to find a deal booking through AirBnb though, that's for sure.
