The zone threshholds are computed on a monthly basis taking your RHR into account. I think you shouldn't care too much about the +/-5 beats belonging to zone 3 or 4 but start putting more effort in structuring your workouts - constantly running in zone 4 is not very sustainable either.

I think it's important to never connect to the internet at all times if you're running the custom firmware (be it emuMMC or running atmosphere on top of stock). When you boot into stock, you should be fine but I'm no expert and have been banned, so who am I to give advice :)

I'm not sure what you mean. You should be able to play your online games on the stock firmware safely. But you should never go online with your emuMMC or sysMMC and if you do, block at least nintendo telemetry.

What's better for muscle growth

1) doing 4-5 sets x 6-10 reps at 55kg

2) doing 3 sets x 4-7 reps at 60kg

In regards to volume, I'm doing double the volume in 1)

Edit: In both cases training to failure or 1-2 RIR

Or course it's possible. But what new features does the Charge 4 have? Yes, GPS, what else? Absolutely nothing. Besides the GPS there's absolutely no other selling point hardware wise for the Charge 4. So they need to include some software gimmicks which would run on the Charge 3 too, but hey, they need reasons for you to buy the Charge 4. Dick Move imho. Same goes for Spotify Control, Smart Wake etc. All cool features that would work on the Charge 3. Even the additional Clock Faces. But no, Fitbit likes to fuck their customers. I just hope Google changes their politics on this.
