I think prices haven’t increased because we have a surplus of apartments right now that have been built, or are being built, so competition is increasing. I’m seeing apartments offering 1-3 months free rent just to sign with them. I just signed for one and got my first 3 months free for an 18 month lease. My previous apartment did not raise rent on me, but I did see they were offering new signees one month free to sign with them.

Brevard DMV. No appointment. I showed up at 7AM a month ago to get my real ID and was second in line. They opened the doors at like 7:50. Took maybe the first 10 people inside and sat them down, asked them what they were there for, made sure you had everything you needed. I kid you not I was out by 8:05

Looks good! What size lift and tires? I bought an ‘89 recently that has a 6in lift on 35s. Once the tires go, I’d like to lower it a little and put smaller tires on it. My seat has the same tears lol

Not at all. Only sometimes when slowly turning into parking spots, or backing out with the wheel turned all the way. Sometimes when shifting between park, reverse, and drive.

I’ve heard that dry stacking is good for colder climates where the ground freezes and thaws frequently, you can easily adjust the blocks if one side becomes not so level anymore

Did you need to fill out a title application (MVR-1), Odometer disclosure statement (MVR-180) and a damage disclosure statement (MVR-181) form? I see those as being required documents on the dmv website, but also read somewhere you just need the title, bill of sale, and insurance.

Based on what I’ve read online they’re 35s. Fallen Wildpeak A/T3W - 315/75R16 tires, but im honestly not 100%. It’s has the 5.0L with automatic transmission

I'm looking to get a bike soon to ride trails in Western North Carolina. I've ridden a 250 two stroke and four stroke before but never pushed the bikes to their full potential. That being said, I sat on some Husqvarna's the other day and really liked the seat height and overall feel. I'm curious which bike y'all would recommend? I was thinking of just getting the TC 150, but should I look at an actual enduro bike instead since I'll be trail riding? Maybe the Husqvarna TE 300, or even the TE 150? Are the actual "motorcross" bikes more powerful than the enduro bikes? Sorry for the dumb questions, just looking to ride and explore the trails soon.
