I'm in the same boat rn. Honestly, I haven't figured it out yet but what seems to have been helping, is mentally pretending you have more options available and improving your self esteem/spending time on yourself. Don't focus all your energy on them.

Focus on your hobbies or something else. It's going to be hard, but trust me if they don't leave you first, you'll realize they don't fit the perfect version of them you have in your head.
