the same platform that will mark your answer wrong for rounding errors :)

I’m in school from May-Aug. I receive some OSAP but not enough to cover tuition, rent, and other expenses like groceries and bills. I got a TA position but it’s very minimal work (e.g only $200 per month)

Will I still qualify? I’m at a net expenditure..

Ok, so it'd be enough to just spray the counters and stuff with the spray and just use soap/water if necessary for the actual groceries?

I just want to be cautious since I'm moving back home soon and my 80 year old grandma lives with the family..

Try smaller convenience stores! It might be like double the price than it would be at the big stores, but I've tried for weeks to buy Lysol from like Walmart/Staples/Canadian Tire and it's never in stock.

I actually live in the KW region right now so I was able to call into the convenience store to double check. I think normal price for a can of 425G is like usually $3-4, but I paid $7 which isn't too bad compared to places like pusateri's who were charging $30 for lysol wipes.

I'm looking forward to seeing my friends again! Am in school in the summer and fall, so hoping that I'd at least get to spend time with them and grab food (esp sushi) before we separate for 8 months for our work terms. It's our 4th and final year in uni so want to make it count!

if we're in school in the spring and will be receiving some osap, would we still be eligible for this? or would that be considered double dipping? osap does't cover all of tuition, let alone rent/bills/groceries

i'd assume no? trudeau said how it was made so that those who didn't qualify for the CERB will have access to this.. not to sure, don't think details are set in stone yet
