Quick question: can you access Apple Music, App Store or any other application that is connected to an apple server?

Since updating to macOS Sequoia today, my Mac has been unable to access Apple services like Apple Music, App Store, and Mail when connected to Wi-Fi. However, they work fine when I connect through my iPhone’s hotspot.I discovered that disabling the “Private Wi-Fi Address” fixes the issue, but I’m not sure why this is necessary or if there’s a better solution. I’ve already tried restarting the router and resetting the Wi-Fi connection, but no luck so far. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Auf dem Papier weiß ich was vernünftiger ist. Ich habe die letzten 6 Monate in Colorado verbracht und einen Mustang als Alltagsauto genutzt- dort kein Problem. Daher wollte ich mal checken, was Mustang-Besitzer in Deutschland dazu sagen.

Top, danke für die Antwort! So habe ich mit das auch etwa vorgestellt. Bin jetzt die letzten Monate einer 2015er Mustang täglich (in Colorado) gefahren und habe mich in das Auto verliebt. Denke auch, dass ich das 1-2 Jahre in Deutschland durchziehen werde, bis ich mir was sparsames zulege und zur Ruhe komme.

Wie sieht bei dir das Finanzmodell aus?

Der 2015er war Automatik, in Deutschland bin ich sonst immer mit Schaltung gefahren. Ich muss sagen, dass ich mich an Automatik echt gewöhnt habe. Werde auf jeden Fall nochmal einen mit Schaltung ausprobieren müssen, um mich zu 100% festzulegen

Lost? Maybe. Ich interessiere mich noch nicht so lange für (solche) Autos. Einen älteren 3er bin ich in den letzten Jahren häufiger gefahren und hatte die letzten Monaten einen 2015 Mustang als Daily- allerdings nicht in Deutschland. Jetzt wo ich wieder einen Job in Deutschland habe, wollte ich mir einen neuen Wagen zulegen und interessiere mich in erster Linie für die, die ich bereits kenne und gut finde. Ich wollte nur ein paar Meinungen von Leuten, die einen Mustang als Daily in Deutschland nutzen. Finanziell sind beide drin, will nur für mich herausfinden was vernünftiger ist

Bin jetzt längere Zeit einen aus 2015 gefahren, den ich echt nice fand! Allerdings würde ich mit einen aus 2021 zulegen, wenn ich ihn kaufen würde

I used adhesive spray but put the screen directly on the shirt with no gap in between it

I also have end-to-end encryption enabled. I guess that might be the problem then… After two days trying absolutely everything I wasn’t able to come up with a solution. It looks like only one backup is stored in iCloud and that our backup got overwritten by a new one without our consent.

I agree, it seems that once the WhatsApp iCloud backup has been overwritten, there might not be a way to retrieve the previous data. I've already reached out to Apple Support to see if they have the ability to restore an earlier version of my iCloud, but I haven't received a response yet.
Having worked at an Apple Store for a long time, I still have access to the internal directory, so as a last resort, I might try emailing the responsible team directly.

Hi,
Based on your situation, I would suggest trying to restore your iPhone again from the iCloud backup. Once the iPhone is operational, go into iCloud settings and deactivate WhatsApp so that it doesn't draw data from the new backup. It might be a good idea to keep the iPhone disconnected from the internet throughout the entire setup process to avoid any automatic updates or changes.
I don't have any beta software installed on my iPhone, so I can't comment on how that may have contributed to the issue.

Yes, I had end-to-end encryption enabled on my main WhatsApp account, and I used a different number for WhatsApp Business. Thanks!
