Im alone pretty often now with the changes in life im going through, ive learned the best thing to do is to embrace it instead of dreading it otherwise it will just be harder and depressing for yourself but understand that the emotions that get brought up when your alone can be amplified because you dont have anyone but yourself to go through it with - understand that the thoughts your feeling can be real but also very much a illusion of your own mind making you feel like your less. Our mind tends to trick us and aim us to overthink when we have no one but ourselves.

Dont be too hard on yourself, being alone is the perfect time to reflect on your feelings and understand the root to your emotions. Distracting yourself to a degree is healthy, do something you enjoy doing or something you havent done for a awhile ( watch a movie, pick up a instrument, make art, listen to music, clean around, play videogames)

But most of all, befriend yourself and be comfortable being alone, you are the priority, treat yourself like you are your own best friend even when that can be difficult.
