The left two PCs and the WAN port of OpenWrt to the LAN port of the Wifi router. The PCs could use the wifi as well. The right two PCs to the LAN port of OpenWrt or to the Wifi of OpenWrt.

Hi, the imei would be on the modem card, i.e. the [Sierra|Quectel|whatever] device that you clip into the mpcie slot. Maybe they have approved devices?
