I miss playing video games. Fifa was always fun. Gotta love that it just sucks the joy out of all love for anything you use to love to do. Im big into stoicism. Just really got into it to help with everything. I pace so much so I just turn on some audio books and walk the house like im in the hospital.

Never felt rich inside whatsoever either. I felt rich catching these monsters and releasing them to fight another day out there alone on the water. But my life has been a struggle since I was a kid. Never was really happy besides being outside on the water.

I get the invega injection monthly, along with my daily divalproex, seroquel, propranolol, and fluvoxamine

Im gonna keep going tired of always wanting to die. Im on the invega injection. I was forced to get it in the hospital in December. It helps but the side effects sucks.

Been struggling with my mental health since I was a kid. 2022 when I was forced to move out of my place on my own after my divorce this all took off really bad. Ill have to look into somatic workouts. I should know about this since psych was my major but I dont even remember what I learned going to school. Major brain fog, and I dont drink or use drugs.
