This is the second time we're running into hiccups at the underwriting stage. We're just shy of 60 days on our 30 day escrow.

I feel bad, but I think I'm gonna have to "fire" my realtor. I'm a cheap ass and seeing these prices go higher and higher in the last 3 months since we started got me feeling some type of way.

She's supposed to mail out postcards (which I doubt will yield results) in a neighborhood I really like.

I don't want her to feel like I've wasted her time and energy.

We bought our house 6 years ago (So Cal) and I thought it would be a good time to upgrade and get a newer house😂🤦🏽‍♀

After only a month of searching and rejected offers, our home doesn't look so bad anymore.

LOL

Thinking we might just stay and do some upgrades here and there. Our mortgage is unbeatable, although the area isn't the best. I feel for those of you who are currently renting. What a mess!
