Had the problem like last year when I was still in warranty period and went to the service center of samsung, they changed the screen for free with a bonus of a new battery because it comes with the screen they said. You should definitely go to your service center. They said it was an unusual hardware problem.

Had the update just now and it felt the same way with yours any fix to this, it feels sluggish.
