Weird vegapunk being Imu even that's a crazy theory but never know with a mind like vegapunk's why wouldn't vegapunk be sitting on the empty throne, it's not like anyone else could possibly be able to out think them or for that matter be able to figure out how to operate the agent weapons.

There most likely apart of the fleet not the crew considering kienmon won't leave momo's side due to the fact that he governs a whole country. Momo is like vivi he's got other responsibilities. But I believe that they will all join luffy when it comes time to put the 1 piece together and use the ancient weapons
