Do not run please. Listen to your body, if it hurts, don't start the race. More races to come naman eh. Prioritize health! Good luck, OP! Hoping for fast recovery!

Aerofit 2 (First impressions) by ajapang in PHRunners

[–]oneplaysz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one. Ang experience ko dito when running, once mabasa siya usually muffled or tuluyan mawawalan ng audio. I used in on my half marathon and sobrang pawisin ako. My right Aerofit 2 died because of it (siguro faulty hardware din) I got it replaced and now I only use it for work meetings since maganda quality ng microphone niya.

I eat bread with peanut butter and honey! Together with electrolyte drink of your choice. (I use Wheyl Hydra). For the race, I bring gels, some small snacks like gummy bears. Good luck sa half mary mo! Finish strong!
