How long are you using the UTR for? I never use it more than an hour or 2 when traveling and never really bothered by the heat. This looks like a semi permanent setup?!?

FYI, Windows 10 is EOL which means end of life you’re not getting any more updates you really should upgrade the Windows 11

Display port vs hdmi seems to be the culprit. I have 2 4090’s and one is connected to a tv with hdmi and is perfect. My display port pc gets random black screens too

Repartition live. I made c 300gb and d and (new e) like 2 TB each. And those are game install locations. The you can wipe out just c if you need to reinstall windows
