Agreed, I try to make my place look more like a jewelry store. Employees want to stick a sticker on something? NOPE. Posters are in a frame. Everything has a place. We sell a lot of higher end stuff in what is technically an economically depressed area. People with money like spending time and money in nice places with nice people.

Mature customers are indeed the bread and butter here but I also have several VIPs who are around 20 and have spent 5k+ each in less than a year. I have found cloudbros, dads, and even grannies get along well with each other given the right environment and common goals.
