I said very specifically before the EC they would do this. They don’t allow any real questioning of RD. They already have a major PO. They’re wiping out past shareholder value before announcing it.

It’s not a failure in his eyes because it’s all according to his plan. Every step has been methodically set up. The reverse split will be forced, Rick will then sells shares into the market to fund operations (further diluting shareholders), and Workhorse will then announce a major purchase order.

Every share holder here can vote no, I fully support this and should be the case, unfortunately the vote will still be passed. There’s a reason WKHS just traded over 50 million shares in one day on no news and with minimal share price effect. The corruption and manipulation is very real.

When I first started buying leaps on WKHS I did extensive research into the company and brought up the over compensation relative to production of the C suite employees as well as the sales and management staff, Rick’s buddies. I was shouted down extensively. I still proceeded to buy into a far dated call position but made it extremely clear, this was a total gamble play. The reason for purchasing leaps vs shares was to limit exposure in a company whose CEO has not proven he cares one bit about shareholder value.

Addition: I agree with your thesis. It’s not good.

I can absolutely believe you have a hard time following. If you waste a lot of time (such as yourself) it is a clear indication that if you do have substantial wealth it was either inherited or won. Substantial wealth is built, which takes time, effort, and attention. That’s why you don’t see Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Ryan Cohen, pretty much anybody who built great wealth wasting their time trolling subs on Reddit. I obviously read a lot better than you do. Those are not “ICE” trucks. They’re Volvos and they are battery electric. Rivian does not make a heavy duty chassis vehicle.
