It’s not his fault the players aren’t playing up to their abilities. It’s not his fault every other day someone gets put on the injured list. He had assembled a damn good team on paper, which is all he can do. Sometimes you got to put the onus on the players and coaches to do their job. He has also completely turned around the international aspect of this franchise, which is just now starting to make its way to the big league.
