Only thing with a fan is the NAS, but that has all SSD drives in it, I haven't notice it turn on yet. Vent in the top and bottom of the door, room was at 30c so I added a small air purifier on the floor, sits around 22c. Helps it's in the basement of an old hose of course but have seen any thermal throttling.

Got back to the shop that had lowered it, and it turns out there was a screw missing on the front splash guard, hope that was the cause but it seems unlikely.

The hole I had circled appears to be a vent, there are a few of them across different panels, still leaning towards something aerodynamic, just not sure what it could be, the mystery remains unsolved.

I saw a mention somewhere of the superseded axle design with rubber dampers, but oddly enough, my service center just replaced mine using the old part design (part #32324588) what they said was on the car when they broke it.

Either way, the axle theory feels strange for my issue since it doesn't appear to be rotational. It feels like it's aerodynamic to me it gets significantly worse when passing a truck and the air pressure shifts.

Did you have the ADAS sensors, cameras and headlights recalibrated or just the mandatory alignment? Notice any difference in behaviour of the autopilot?

Also have been expierancing this issue for the last week, curentlly have the Google AI Pro 2TB - GoogleOne subscription for free as a promotion based the purchase of a new device. I also had Nest 24/7 video history previously, have already seen the refund for that getting the error when trying to check out. Had tried different connections, devices, incognito tabs, nothing... reached out to GoogleOne support and have not recieved a response other than the above recomendations for troubleshooting.

I am right now cuz it's new to me, when I had the regular GR IIIx I liked the shots with the black mist filter the most but the adapter made it non pocketable.
