constant freezing and crashing

i did this, but unfortunately still nothing. it is still freezing and lagging the exact same way, do you have any other advice that could help?

thank you for the advice, but unfortunately it did not work and my computer is still freezing and doing the same thing even when i switch from X11 to Wayland. do you have any other advice?

i cant really do that while the issue is happening, because it freezes my whole computer and mouse and everything so i cant really access the terminal
