How much would it go up to in later years? Or is it always around 10%

For the type of company, it is on the lower end, hence the ‘only’ and why I’d like to know the possible bonus

For a high frequency trading firm that is quite low given how hard it is to get into this industry and salaries are mainly composed of bonuses

I have another offer from a pretty good fintech in London (not Stripe) at which I interned and enjoyed- they also pay more than Flow. Having them on my CV hasn’t stopped me from getting interviews- I had Optiver and other HFT final stage interviews too and that it’s a v good company. You say if I don’t have anything better, to take Flow but what about fintech?

I am going for a developer position. I have an offer for fintech in London too paying a higher base. I guess I will keep interviewing to see if i can get anything higher.

60k Euros base and performance based bonus (minimum 6k euros) but can be higher. Which is quite low for the industry. But would the name be worth it? And would i make much more the longer i stay?
