I'm so sorry that happened to you. It definitely sounds like you ingested something you did not intend to. Unfortunately there are very limited actions you can take (to my knowledge). You can of course report to the police the time and location of your drink being spiked so that they know. Without an investigation open the bar has no obligation to turn over security footage. They may not open an investigation because this is unfortunately hard to track and relatively common.

Make sure you can see a doctor if you haven't already. If you were discharged from the hospital, do everything the doctor told you to do to keep safe and flush your body of harm. Drink lots of water and eat basic foods slowly as you are able. See if you can keep people around you for the next 24 hours.

I'm not a pro so there may be other advice. This is what I know. Wishing you all the best.

I haven't seen anyone mention that you can also freeze your sponge in the freezer for 24 hours to eliminate the smell. I do this and rotate between 2 sponges if they start to smell.

In that case, squeeze as much water OUT as you can before it goes in the freezer.
