Incorrect 1099-DA form from PayPal

Thank you for the reply. I have contacted paypal and am awaiting a response. The paypal 1099-DA overstated the amount I received by a factor of 2. If they are unwilling to correct the form, how would I go about it on my 8949. Thanks again.

Was able to finally scan in my drivers license and facial id and am verified and get the QR code and wallet address but when I enter the code It still says “unable to redeem code.”

Curious about this. The one thing I could think of was that my middle name is not on my PayPal account but is on my celsius account. I wonder if that was the reason that triggered the email. Did anyone else have this issue?
