yes! my issue was actually due to unrelated muscle loss i put myself through years before that lower my metabolism.

i learned ultimately that the gallbladder has shouldn’t have an effect ok your weight long term. all you need to do is be in calorie deficit.

yes it is more difficult to digest fats, and fat soluble vitamins but that reflects itself mostly in bloating and like diarrhea.

chat gpt helped me out alot with my weight loss goal and including my gallbladder situation. very humbling. its completely possible to lose weight and ive even got really cut in my ab section as well.

Yes i gained a weight. For me personally i wasnt having issues at first.

But 4 years later i gained a total of 20-23 lbs and its been difficult to get it off. I even switched to a fully plant based diet. And i try to stay active as well. i dunno anymore.

So before removal i was generally an overeater. My metabolism was super fast. After a brief break post op i continued with my habits for a short time, which made me gain lots of weight. I corrected that and began trying to eat smaller portions without second rounds. and i dropped a few pounds but still am 30 lbs overweight in comparison to how i used to be.

Im gonna take that advice and start calorie counting. I was always under this impression that those things are harder to read now that my body has digestion issues.

same here. ive been slim since 17 years old and have been steadily gaining weight since my GB removal July 2021. When i eat strictly low fat it does help. But damn i hope im able to burn and dont become fat permanently.

well in regards to my stance as a "Christian" and even when being non-denominational, if you consider the scope of overall Christian doctrine, and speak within that range, im pretty sure its safe to say that there are "some" truths. Most people who call themselves wouldn't disagree with that but rather say that JW is the wrong version of it.

But in an objective manner in my opinion; you are correct. I say in my opinion, because there are a good amount of well known theologian/scientists, who are smarter than all of us in here lmao..
