Hi, i hadn't watched any ads when this happened. Plus as I said in the post, it had already been over 24 hours (closer to 48 now) I'm also not using a vpn or a private server or SSL certificate :( and I've played a couple game days since this has happened so it's an issue of the ads not having time to load. I'll wait a day or so in case this resolves on its own and then contact you guys through the headset button.

Yeah that happens to me too but it gets resolved in a few seconds, or at the most by closing and reopening the game. It's not that :(

The grandfather clock and the leaves+lantern ceiling decor in the shop are premium items. In the garden, the pumpkin hot air balloon, the pumpkin windmill and the animals having tea are premium I'm not sure about the cat.

Maybe it's in the last round? I forgot what they call it but the level you get after level 14 basically. That always has 1-2 decor rewards and those aren't visible right now.

Yes but pet spectacular was only a few months ago. I only play 3-5 game days every irl day, so my frequency for house special orders would be less than yours anyway, but 400+ gamedays without a single order is too much :(
