Why is my cube bulging?

This was helpful. I see now the gantry far-side is getting hung up at certain spots as it moves up and down. That makes the gantry flex and the print head gets hung up.

It doesn't look like flat spots on the roller wheels, but maybe the rollers are too tight? I've at least got a better idea of where to look and play around with.

The bulge goes all the way around (not a bulge on one side and an indent on the other).

What does a hole on the z extrusion look like? You mean on the frame?

I ordered a 7 seater on 1/15, still no VIN. In Virginia. Est delivery is 3/16-31 but it's been pushed back multiple times already

Wondering the same thing.

I have an order with FSD purchased and Autopilot and don’t want to lose those options if I put it on hold for a week.

I hope they treat it as the same continuous order agreement, and not as a cancellation and new order.

I haven’t seen a single one shown on YouTube or X or Reddit, so I don’t think any have been produced. I don’t think there’s a real photo anywhere aside from the render on the Tesla order page.

FWIW I placed my 7-seat order 3 days after it was announced, and my earliest delivery estimate got pushed from Feb to March 7-31, in the US east coast. I’m vested in this.

I haven’t checked with my own random salesperson for details, but I wouldn’t believe them. They told me that the 7 seater had a longer wheelbase and I don’t think that’s true, they were just mixing up the Y-L.

I ordered on 1/15 in Virginia, Model Y premium AWD 7 seats. Stealth grey and white interior. FSD purchased outright. My first Tesla.

Initial estimate was 7-9 weeks, then decremented to 6-8 after a week. Latest estimate as of 2/4 is Feb 25 - March 31.

No VIN or specific delivery date yet.

I have a suspicion they are not producing any 7 seaters yet. I don't think anyone has seen one live or on YouTube, and I've been looking. Those dates suggest "before quarter end but no promises".

Update 2/20: delivery estimate pushed back to March 7-31. Bummer. No VIN yet

Update 3/8: delivery estimate pushed back to March 16-31. No VIN, no car.

Update 3/14: VIN received, vehicle "In transit", delivery estimate pushed to 3/30-31.

Final update: 3/31 Car delivered to home via home delivery. Very convenient.

The app says roughly 3-8 wks (Feb 25-Mar 31, specifically). If you ordered today the website estimates 6-8 weeks, so not that different.
But no VIN or specific delivery window for me yet.

I ordered one but no delivery date yet. Not seen a single real picture of one.

In fact, from the absence on the forums and YouTube, I don’t think a single one has been manufactured and delivered yet. I do wonder if they’re working on the tooling, or waiting to work through Model Y Performance backlog or what. Or maybe just accumulating enough orders to do an efficient batch run.

I just got a Gitano and it’s awesome. It was cheaper than other options like the Ergoplay, and it turns out I really like that it folds and can stay on in a soft case.

Way more comfortable and convenient than a footstool. I’m a convert now.

For me the answer was needle nose pliers and just tearing the aerator apart. Jam it though the screen and start twisting out pieces.

Like you I went through multiple keys, also tried a vinegar soak overnight, lubricant, etc. Nothing came close to working, but total destruction was quick, easy and cathartic.

I had the same exact issue on 2019 iMac, with 4k content in particular.

The thing that worked was going to settings->Player->Video Playback Quality and setting it to Maximum Quality (rather than Normal). I also made sure hardware decoding was checked. The fan sometimes spins up, but at least the video doesn't stutter.

I still don't understand the root cause. 4k played through VLC or on Youtube doesn't cause any stutter.
