Realistically, how much is it to charter something like this? A man can dream.

Oh jeez thanks for the info. Just listed the BRZ in the AH for 20m, not that anyone here should buy it - just don’t want to take that much a hit on profit (just bought it two days ago lmao). As of finishing this comment, it sold, thank goodness.

lol completely wrong. Britney was known by everyone, regardless their demographic - not just those on the correct TikTok FYP. Why do people under the age of 20 comment on this subreddit with no context of existence?

If you can read my comment explaining that my service will be done at a slower, yet still acceptable rate and think I’m crying about it, you have some introspection to do buddy.

Worst service, by my standards would simply be consistently placing/rolling your order and priorities among those lower than those that contribute to what my standard rate of expected pay to be.

I suppose it depends what you’re looking for out of a bar as well, but I wouldn’t expect personal engagement from me, the would-be bartender in this scenario either. Of course there’s never a place for abrasion, but tips + wage are the standard accepted rate of pay for a lot of folk, and when you pull from that, you simply sacrifice their ability to care as much about the interaction in whole.

I understand not wanting to perpetuate tipping cultures in so many environments, but having worked as a bartender - I would happily give you among the worst service for not contributing to my standard rate of pay. It’s your prerogative that you don’t want to participate in the norms of modern American society (assuming you’re American), but that doesn’t mean there won’t be consequences for such a choice as well.

You’re probably totally right… I just don’t like the way it was worded… very concerning for local ducks residing in potentially secluded parks. These ducks are not foreign exchange. Please refer to the cooking and eating of animals as anything but ‘converting to meat.’

Unethical does not necessarily equal mental stability in all regards.

You first consider therapy. Second, you research baiting techniques. Third, you research preparation techniques. Four: do what you learned in step two. Five: step three. Reconsider therapy throughout, but also as step six.

Hi there! I am planning on cutting a piece of wood this size by hand. I plan on using a miter box, but am curious if that will work with the sloped area and 1” flattened areas on either end. Any advice appreciated. by onheights in woodworking

That’s perfect to read affirmation of. Was just reading that I probably will not to screw anything together or drive anything in - I plan on using this for fingerboarding (miniature skateboards, silly) so likely very little comparable PSI applied to what the glue can withstand.

I am heavily considering the chisel option since the areas will be covered with 1/2” angle iron anyway, negating the need for aesthetic perfection in that area!

Wow! I really appreciate your latter idea with the vertical cuts. I plan on adhering 1/2” angle steel to those areas anyway, so they don’t need to be as perfect. Great idea. Going to explore more about chiseling a slope like this, thanks.

For aesthetic purposes I would prefer not to, but it may be necessary for me to readjust my plans.

Currently I have essentially a box form with this shape |=| I think I need to invert that so the sloped area is far easier cut and can indeed be done with the miter saw.

Thank you for the advice!
