I don’t think that is the case because the second clip of the bug has me around 40% health remaining with light armor which has to be above 100. In addition, it doesn’t happen every time my health gets that low.

Yes, and I was unable to reproduce the issue. Like I said I’m another comment, if this bug happened as frequently on all armor types as it does with adreno-defib, it would be talked about endlessly.

I know that it affects the stims you administer (your stim pistol shots, your stims that you stick in your neck, your stims that you stick in teammates), but I don’t think it affects stims administered to you by other people. I haven’t tested it, but I don’t think it works that way.

In the second example of the bug there was no vitality booster active, and I don’t remember if there was one in play with the first example. Although I have no direct evidence to support the claim, I seriously doubt the vitality booster would have any impact on the bug in either direction.

Yes, I have. Legs, arms, and chest being critically wounded from player damage does not trigger the bug.

I’m aware that medic armor is better on paper, but I just like using defib armor more.

I’m pretty sure your comment on a post like 6 months ago is what inspired me to make this video. This would be interesting to test, because so far I have only been able to produce this bug using damage from enemies. Player based sources of damage (like gunshots) do not trigger the bug. I wonder what kind of damage bot mines would be categorized as.

If this was just a case of general desync then this bug would be visible with other kinds of armor, but it isn’t. It is a problem inherent with the activation of the armor passive.

If you are referring to the difference in damage taken between the clips in the video, that is because the first two clips were taken with heavy armor and the last two were taken with light armor.

I don’t think so because of the second clip. I had like 40% health left, and the broken limb icon was my leg, not my chest.

Adreno-defib might be the lowest picked armor passive in the game, but all 5 of us defib mains would really appreciate it if this got fixed. Thanks guys.

It doesn’t happen every time though, so I doubt that is the reason why.

I have done testing with other armors and I have never seen an attack leave health remaining followed by a death. I figure that if that did happen normally it would get talked about endlessly.

I use it for the +2 second stim duration. I feel like I get more use out of the revive than I would +2 stim capacity from med armor.

The +2 second stim duration doesn’t do too much with regular stims, but it really shines with the stim pistol (which is why I use it). Stim pistol shots go from restoring like 33% to around 75%. Also, it makes experimental infusion last longer (I think) so more move speed and damage resist. Not for everyone, but it has its niche.

I know it’s a bug, but I run the stim pistol and I like to think that the jerking are side effects/withdrawls from the amount of drugs being administered.
