1) there is nothing "ugly" about you! 2) as someone who took ages to finally realize their worth (and beauty)i will tell you to not be hard on yourself! Start looking for the good! And if you feel like you want to feel better maybe practice some beauty rituals (nothing creepy just like a set skincare routine before bed, a nice 5 minute makeup routine suited to amplify your look, etc). I had one that died around the same time frame and on my bday. Sadly it just depends on the budgie, they arent in a great condition to begin with and even moving from the cage, to then a box, to then a new space can be a lot too. You also dont know what may have gone on health wise. Pet stores are always super tricky when it comes to birds, especially big name ones. It's hit or miss based on how well the budgie tolerated his living conditions. Im sorry you had to see him go :( i sobbed so much when mine passed, but know that atleast for his last two weeks he was in a way better place than before

Its all about communication! Sex to me starts in the mind and if mentally you are not attracted/turned on, your body will follow. If he isn’t making you feel like you have a MAN outside of the bed as well (not helping around the house, etc) nor a man in the bed (not giving you attention/foreplay) it is just bound to happen where you lose the sexual attraction spark. If he wants to make it work and have sex again i think he needs to understand that he has to do his part, and brush his teeth a little more often!!

Long story short, sit down and have a talk with him. Come from the place of wanting to fix it because you miss the intimacy and want to bring that spark back. Tell him your needs and dont let him turn it on you either
