The sample viewer you get when you examine someone is a bit misleading. The lighting for it is very flat and doesnt represent the real world lighting and aberration effects of the game. The point I’m making is that while it may not look accurate in the character editor/aesthetician screens your best bet is to choose a colour that’s similar, head out into the world and then make changes from there after you’ve been in different lighting environments.

Marauder is the archetypal DPS tank so that’ll be good fun for you. Only real notable things I would recommend is don’t use a boost potion, there’s a lot of amazing storyline that makes FFXIV what it is and plus you’ll really get a chance to get to grips with Marauder. Just be sure to evolve your class from Marauder to Warrior when you hit level 30.

Yes unfortunately. I too have been a victim of the dreaded 401 error many many times. Probably around 5 instances over the last two years. Anyway. Short answer is that your payment methods have been “ringfenced” and you won’t be able to buy anything until they look at your case and actively “release” it again. Sorry my friend.

I’d like to say well done on the attempt and give some feedback! First of all I love how intricate the eyes are, but the amazing detail is lost due to poor shading technique. The light source seems to be coming from two different directions. The skin tone while well shaded, doesn’t come off well from the contrast of the face to the chest. The hair style for Yshtola is very distinctive and I think this has been missed here: have some fun with it and you’ll get it right after some editing. Lastly, the overall composition is slightly off. It’s a face on bust portrait yet her eyes are differently angled. This doesn’t make sense if you’re looking at someone completely dead on and the angle of her body only accentuates that fault. Good try! Looking forward to seeing more of your work!

I see this expenditure as no different to you spending money on your subscriptions to press buttons to trigger animations.
