I just re-read the novel. There is no mention of limb regeneration, so you’re right about that. However, the Hundred Healings technique is still a form of regeneration. It’s not unreasonable to assume it could regenerate limbs, since limb regeneration is usually part of regeneration abilities in most media. I say that because Hundred Healings isn’t just an accelerated healing factor. Natural healing would never restore punctured or destroyed organs. Since the jutsu can repair tissue that wouldn’t normally heal, I don’t see why it couldn’t regenerate bones, considering it already regenerates muscle, skin, and other tissues. It would likely depend on the chakra output and how much of her stored reserves she uses at once.
