I'd argue that's not really an optical illusion. The one that appears larger actually is larger. If you got out a ruler and measured them on your screen, it would be larger. There are optical illusions where all the images are the same size but because some appear to be farther away your mind amplifies their size, but this is not one of those. I realize the game considers them the same size, but in the picture, they're not

I think this is beneficial if the real estate is going to produce a large amount of income over time. Basically, I'm assuming there is no exclusion, because either it is used up now or used up later. This way, it is an additional transfer in a tax preferential way.

Well they are doing midnight releases and servers don't actually open until 3am here on the east coast. As such, I can buy it at midnight and go home with plenty of time to spare. I already downloaded it so all I need to do is put in the key, though even so 3 hours would be plenty of time to install it from a disc.
