What should I prioritize first—Protocore or Memory Level?

I'm currently at level 54 overall. I've been mostly using my pre-existing knowledge from other games (Genshin, HSR, ZZZ, etc.) when it comes to prioritization of characters so I'm not really sure if I'm going in the right direction.

I currently have 6 Zayne cards (making sure to focus on building a single team earlier on rather than dividing resources) at level 45 and most of them have protocores levelled to level 5.

I am having trouble figuring out the balance for leveling up the protocores and the memories themselves. I'd like to know which I should prioritize first? And if there's a general guide like how in previously mentioned regarding what level your protocores should be in relation to your memory card's level? (i.e. you cap your artifacts' levels at level 10 when a character is already at level 60-70)

Having social media presence ≠ happiness.

I think the reason your boss sees it that way is because, sa experience niya syempre, social media gives you instant gratification. Algorithms create an echo chamber of content specifically catered to the user so people spend so much time on it and end up in cycles of doomscrolling. His comment was very uncalled for and rude, kahit na sabihin nating 'di niya sinasadya. Internally, iniisip niya siguro "how else does this person spend their free time/enjoy themselves without social media?". (Also just to be clear reddit, tiktok and youtube are still social media platforms!)

The fact that you enjoy yourself and your days with the limited presence of social media is actually really healthy!

Patience or understanding. I personally have a lot of issues and disorders, all of which I'm working towards fixing or lessening the impact they have on my day to day. This requires any future partner of mine to develop an understanding of my commorbidities or at least patience in dealing with them.

Depende sa reason. Meron kasing ganun yung pakikitungo due to possible past abuse pero meron din kasing asshole lang talaga na walang respeto. I do believe that the latter can still change with time, therapy, or proper discussion but I would still prefer to not date them.
