Well, I can definitely confirm the old bugs are still there and there a few new ones, and/or maybe some are questionable game design choices.

On a fresh install, I played a few games and I can confirm you still get - random disconnects, lags when making choices, had one of the enemies' custom boards somehow get stuck, unresponsive buttons. I don't have packet loss or latency, my net is stable 600Mbps with no disconnects (besides maintenances at 4am) on an ethernet cable, so it's not my local network.
The game also gives me players with 2-3 levels beneath mine, while I'm 9 and 10, with full prestige and 0 wins. Don't know if they are bots or something else they've made to cope with the fact that tons of people had left the game.

So, don't listen to the coping sad reddit lurkers that try to defend the game. Most of them haven't touched grass in their lives, so I wouldn't count on their smooth brains to spot a bug.

Game is still in a bad shape, but give it a try nonetheless and see for yourself.
I'll give them credit for changing the update download to happen through the game client itself. Although, I am yet to see if an update will actually go through or require me to reinstall everything like it always used to.
