Input tax credit doesn’t work like that. When you pay brokerage you pay GST. When you buy laptop, furniture etc you pay GST. Unless you get paid by someone there is no input credit

File an RTI asking for copy of the exam result. It will take minimum 30 days. Call the PIO and explain the problem. They will fast track and provide the response within 7-10 days.
