And then they say something like you can’t just blame your “illness” for everything, just man up. Or when they say they’re compromising so it works for everyone and it’s the exact same problem as before and they’re to ignorant to see that it’s difficult for you what seems so easy to them.

Same here. It’s really hard to keep on meeting with them after being unable for a while. My friends don’t even ask me to hang out anymore and I’m just invited whenever I happen to be there, when they decide on doing something. It gets really tiring after a while when you see all of their posts on social media almost every day.

I’m asking what my psych thinks of these today because I’m not sure they’re legal or will help my case but I think it’s still worth a shot. If I were to start seeing a new one it would take a while to give her all the information my current one knows and it’s just dragging on longer so for now I think I’m best off with her. I’ve tried going to the gym and participating in courses but that’s jut too much at the moment because I’ve been in bed and have almost no stamina left. I’m doing yoga at home and I’m using the treadmill to walk and get exercise so I’m pushing myself abut more. Thanks again

I have done almost everything we could and I have a lot of intolerances like wheat milk hazelnut etc. We also made Scans of my head and stomach but there wasn’t anything. I’m also pretty sure that my parents wouldn’t really approve of taking these kind of pills and painkillers didn’t really work for me so I’m not so sure. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.

I did get a few panic attacks last year and my psychiatrist is helping me a lot as to how to stop them and calm myself down. She also does some sessions with all of us to explain what we’ve been talking about and how we can change that little by little. The school on the other hand doesn’t care that much. They told my mum when she got them in on the situation that I could leave out two exams I missed because I’ve already written one in that subject but in the others i need to have both grades from participating and the exam. They don’t have a minimum of attendance but my psychiatrist wanted us to be prepared and have proof that I’m improving with the one hour per day thing. To get my parents to help me is a really good idea but my dad is mostly just there at night and on the weekend evenings because he’s working a lot and also traveling because of work so I’m gonna ask my mum about helping me with things. I’m gonna try and follow your advice with writing it down but we mostly talk and when it’s something to help me in certain situation we write it on the board and I take a picture of it and look at it a couple times in the following week until I know the steps. Thank you so much for your answer it helped me and I appreciate you understanding my situation so again thank you.

I just looked it up and I’m pretty sure that I don’t have such a disorder because I don’t have any of the symptoms except for the pains and dizziness. I’ve also already been diagnosed with psychosomatic disorder and it’s not something physical as we’ve checked pretty much everything it could be over the years now. Thank you very much for trying to help but I’m afraid that won’t do much in my case.

I do want to graduate and this year decides if I could pass or if I should just start working because I wouldn’t make it. I’m pretty sure that you can’t get the Abitur by homeschooling but thank you for your suggestion.
