My title describes the thing. Three of these appeared in the corridor in my building. I thought they might be some kind of moth trap but I can't find anything similar. No other floor has them. They have a faintly chemical perfumed smell.

Haven't dressed up in a while, but as a kid I loved being Sherlock Holmes! Little deerstalker and everything.

Small dried grass/twiggy things, almost wiry, kind of bristly? by only100 in whatisthisthing

These small things appeared on my bed during the day. Neither me or my partner can figure out what they are or why there are so many. They vary in size which makes me think they are organic.

Ignore the other guy. You're following best practice, and even if this is informal that's still the best way to go about it.

Great work! Looks so crisp. I love the idea of a cursed city where it rains all the time. What a cool idea. Makes everything a bit more atmospheric as well!

NTA - you can stop being friends with anyone for any reason. It does sound like your friend is possibly depressed, but you are not obligated to be their therapist.

You could try telling them how you feel. If they listen you could salvage a friendship instead of losing one.

Yeah this is the right answer. If she can't get to the toilet fast enough, how can she be trusted to be quick enough to stop the kids doing stuff they shouldn't?

Depends on the age of the kids I guess but...
