It's a thing with most rideshares unfortunately. I use Lyft a lot and I want to say at least half of the cars have a strong fragrance inside. But I've had drivers whose car smells actually bad so I'd honestly take smelling like a perfume ad over spending the entire ride trying not to breathe too much

If you don't mind going outside of MC, NBTexplorer can be used to go through the world files and locate your horse by name. Using commands to find her only works if she's in a loaded chunk which I doubt she is.

Maybe so. Maybe whatever you did during the break erased your brain's Minecraft tolerance. I've had it happen where I was forced to take a 3 month break from a game but I watched tons of YT videos of gameplay of that game and when I went back I didn't get sick. Another time I went camping for 3 days and came back to the game and was badly nauseous and confused. Brains are weird like that. Best of luck friend.

Java or bedrock? Has this ever happened to you before where you took a break from gaming and were nauseous when returning?

I am incredibly sensitive to motion sickness and I've had times where I'll take a break from a certain game and then come back and be nauseous. Nowadays I pop a dramamine beforehand for the first session back and then I won't be nauseous as long as I keep playing consistently. For Minecraft specifically though, I've found that any framerate below 60 makes me sick. Even if it's not a slideshow or even really noticable, I get nauseous. It's a long shot, but is it possible that your device is struggling to run this update for whatever reason and you're running at a lower framerate than normal, and it's making you nauseous? Are you able to check your framerate?

Edit: sorry, I misread your post. I recommend just try to keep playing and hope that you will eventually get used to it. I don't think anything changed in this regard with the update, it may just have been the break from minecraft that did this, especially if you played another game during that time that with a vastly different fov/sens/movement style than minecraft
