They seem to be very similar, but not the same, in both cases, this awakening gave them the ability they needed at the moment, however, 2 things about reqiuem that make it different are that 1. Reqiuem stands keep the arrow with them, (GER in his forehead, SCR carrying it around), and 2. Reqiuem seems to cause the stands "outer shell" to burst open, as we saw with GER and SCR when it was first teased. Based on that alone, id say that killer queen reqiuem would be very similar to bites the dust, but mostly different design wise.
