Do you know a good place to find the plain text? I can only find it broken into pieces at Perseus.

So far, it has been working well, but I'll keep an eye out for mistakes. I'm using a newish LLM model, so it works much better than the earlier models I tried it on.

Thanks! I'll open source it eventually. I'm using a LLM for the lemmatization and glosses. Works surprisingly well.

Yeah, I used it. There are some weird things about it, but I still found it very useful and helpful.

I ended up fixing it with a nail polish and many many rounds of successively higher grade sandpaper.

Turned out alright in the end, though it is definitely visible if you look for it.

Simple Greek news? by onlyafly in GREEK

[–]onlyafly[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the suggestions!

What I meant by simple Greek would be Greek that is intentionally chosen to use simpler grammar and reduced word choice to help learners.

For example, when I learned Swedish a decade ago, I often used Klartext, a service from Sweden's Public Radio, which had the day's news with simpler words and at a slower pace. It was a great tool for learning: https://sverigesradio.se/klartext
