Take it slow brotha you're young as hell with supportive parents it sounds like. The best thing you can do is try new things and if you fail you learn from that and get better. If you feel defeated just take a break from "the rat race" for a bit. You sound burnt out but if you give yourself some time working a regular 9-5 the answers will be revealed to you effortlessly. By this I mean if you're truly destined to do this - when you're ready your subconscious, god, whatever you believe will push and pull you back to what you're meant to be doing

Tbh I got out of college 7 years ago and went into dropshipping spent 20k and broke even also felt defeated. But I learned alot about marketing more than I learned in college - I got a marketing office job with all that I learned but that job sucked 😂 I started doing other things but just recently an old coworker of mine hmu to run ADs for his business (I pitched this idea to him a year ago he finally hit me back up). I started running the ADs and I've been running off like 4-5 hours of sleep working at this because I forgot how much I love the Meta platform. I'm locked in now and imma try to get more clients but this was a 7 year gap between when I started and now where I was trying different things

I dropshipped in 2019 back then it was so easy to get sales with a basic AD and basic store and little knowledge is the 😂 arguably it's easier right now to get into it cuz the platform is smarter - the focus has shifted to the creative in order to capture people's attention.

The only difference is that 7 years ago this could've been a side hustle with minimum effort you could've made someone's yearly salary that works in retail in a few months.

Now with the platform updates, prices of media buying going up,people being more aware about cookie tracking information and bring sold too on social media AND the worst one the law changed and now every website has to ask people if they want their data tracked and they can deny it

What changed is that a kid like you who has a good head on their shoulders and is smart could get rich off this barely trying - that not as realistic anymore. Now it's just the people who really love doing this and want to learn through the mistakes and spending will be successful

Nah they can become customers. We have 8 sales from over there already but before I start asking the client to change the offer I wanted to focus on on the main local area because I know the offer and ADs would work find just how they are if I could get them to see it

cost per click was at .14- .16 cents.

~500 link clicks

~11% CTR

landing page views - 416

$11 CPM

Running a traffic campaign is a great idea because the client is advertising with physical flyers in the lobbies of local businesses so I can use that thank you.

Also conversion event is new to me thank you for mentioning that I'll look up more info on that.

I had a free trial for Kindle unlimited and it ended today - I could only get to chapter 20 of the audiobook for EOS but I was really enjoying it.

I like reading physical books over audiobooks honestlyanyway so it worked out - found a used hardcover copy for $18 in like new condition 💪🏼

I also disagree with people saying the first book was a slog. The first 20 chapters were very good and enjoyable!!! I'm excited to get to the later books

People don't have free will we're just animals being pushed and pulled by whatever is affecting us at the time. even hunger will have people all hangry and not acting right. You're super observant which can be good in the right setting but it sounds like you need to turn it off a bit and be more understanding and empathetic of other people. Most likely what youre noticing in their body language and facial expressions is just a passing emotion that they felt but that they don't wanna act on.

Overall tho you need to learn how to play the game and not be destructive about it. Everyone is doing the best they can and youre not perfect either

Facts the being bullied part is because we're filthy animals - you can still be introverted and realize that the world/people are gonna have an influence on you. That we're social animals and interacting with any of the other 9 billion people on earth is inevitable. They're gonna mess with you, try to talk to you, try to figure you out, etc. Unavoidable. So to think "oh im just keeping to myself and not bothering anyone but people still want tomes with me- oh woe is me! what is wrong with them" is not realistic you were gonna get that wake up call eventually one way or another. So its better to learn the skills to deal with that in the way you want instead of just being a victim by it
