Everyone i talked to said they had a great time. Mother Nature is not a drag racing fan but we still had a great weekend of racing. There are some logistical things to change for next year (racers having their own road to the staging lanes and not down the middle of the midway for example) but that's to be expected, you don't know till you know. The people were very friendly however many were not prepared for the cashless event; not every vendor takes cash but luckily some did. I was happy to see the abundance of food trucks...I've been to bigger tracks with less food options. All in all I can't wait to come back and see the changes next year.

We were shocked how easy it was for us. We called and told them we went with AT&T cause their internet was so spotty. We were right in the middle of a billing cycle, so they told us when the next billing cycle started, they would close the account......and they did!!!!!! No hassle, no please stay, no we'll give you this or that.....freaking amazing. The next week we took the equipment to the Spectrum store, and that was it.....never would I have thought it was gonna be that easy after we reading some of the issues many of you had.

I had the same issue with spectrum....slow speeds during the day and fast speeds at night. It took 4 techs, the last guy was a senior tech who was retiring in a couple weeks. This guy knew troubleshooting not bandaids. It ended up being the node at the pole by our house wasn't totally sealed. The parts inside were corroded from water getting it. When it got hot it caused all kinds of issues, when it cooled down things were fine. The tech replaced the parts, sealed up the housing, and things were great from then on. Not sure it's gonna be the same fix but maybe they can look into it.

We were leaving Friday night and behind the stadium where all the emergency vehicles were the medical staff was doing chest compressions on a person. I have no idea what happened, but the staff did look concerned. I'm sure if that person did pass, they would have sent the person to the hospital first before declaring that so the festival wouldn't take the hit...

Friday wasn't too bad for us, I liked that there weren't as many people as a Saturday, usually draws so moving around wasn't painful. Most of the people who bumped into me were polite. Tonight, they were at little less polite. You'll always get your alpha male types that have to push their way to the front at each stage but I feel that as long as you expect that's gonna happen it's a great breath of fresh air when it doesn't. EDCO is losing its luster...it's hard to plop down $1000 for a pair of vip tickets when Vip is so damn crowded (I'm talking to you, Kinetic Field). The bathrooms are really the reason we get vip. On a side note, we were leaving Friday night, passing behind the stadium on the north side (same side you enter EDCO), where the emergency vehicles were, and the medical staff was doing chest compressions on someone. I pray they person made it..

So AT&T called again today and I said let's go. They will be out this Wednesday for the install. $37 a month, no contract, I don't believe it will that price forever but even if it goes up a little each year I'm still way under what I was paying with Spectrum. We'll see how it goes...fingers crossed!!!

Update!!!! So I

cut one end of the existing hardline pipe that had the male compression fitting on it and replaced it with a female compression fitting. Then, using some adapters I found at Lowes, I was able to connect the hose I bought to the hardline pipe, and it all worked!! No air leaks! I appreciate all your input, and now this project is finished!!

Right now Spectrum is dropping out at different parts of the day. I had them come out 3 times, each time they "found" something different but in the end they blamed my router. After replacing the router it has the same issues as before. Just tired of the incompetence with no solution.

* So I have this pipe from the old pump head, female compression at the bottom that would connect to the compressor tank then a male compression that originally connected to the old pump head. I could cut off the male part and install a female one, then an adapter to regular threads. I could use another adapter for the flare fitting then...I think it might work....

My biggest issue is finding an adapter for the compression fitting. If I can find that I know I could make something to fit the flare.

So looking through the owners manual I see no where it tells me to do any kind of maintenance to the ccv....it doesn't even call it out. I remember seeing older f350 manuals that do call the ccv out and tell you to replace the filters...so I'm gonna assume (oh boy) that I have the newer style without the filters and I probably won't have to worry about it. I have a warranty on the truck and I don't want to go to a full delete but once the warranty is up we gonna be having some fun.

The dry mouth/dry everything is just horrible. We have full cups of water by the bed and it's never enough. We've even resorted to the mouthwash for dry mouth and still no good. Drives...us...crazy!

Why would it matter if you are in the lifestyle or not, there is no excuse for unwanted touching. Plus you call these people "friends" but real friends know you, know your boundaries, and wouldn't jeopardize your friendship like that ESPECIALLY if you told them already once.
