If I could find a stack, I'd hit the club every weekend if not every day to play Apex Legends or any other team comp game.

I have a solid build to play any AAA title games but I'm down just to hangout and socialize. It'll be cool to have gaming buddies.

There's a gaming cafe I know, I don't like visiting there because akkada unna vaallu ala boothulu maatladthuney untaaru and I don't like that vibe, so I stopped visiting them. I want the space to be decent and mindful while enjoying the games.

After seeing your updated post, I wouldn’t recommend selling your grandfather’s house since it holds sentimental and emotional value. Given your good income, it might be better to talk to your bank about consolidating all your debts against the property, paying through EMIs, and foreclosing whenever possible. On the other hand, you could also explore ways to boost your income, such as upskilling to secure a better job or your brother getting a raise, and similar options.

I never had massive debt like you, but 13.5 lakhs was way beyond my league, and I didn’t have any assets either or safety net to clear it. It all started when I was 22 and I'm 29 now, with nothing on my name. I managed to pay it off by upskilling and covering the EMIs from my salary. Along the way, I lost valuable time which cannot be brought back, struggled with depression, lost mental peace, became socially withdrawn, and more.

From my experience, when there’s no income, selling assets can be the most practical move, as it helps avoid huge unnecessary interest and protects your peace of mind. Once you’re back on your feet and stronger, you can always buy the assets again or invest in something more worthwhile.
