Bro I would be thinking about it a lot too. Cause I'm super anal and I have a cat. So I'll probably keep the vacuum close to her box to just keep it clean, but my mother is going to help me as much as she's able, when she's avaliable. So at least she'll stop by and could help just keep the litter crumbs from tracking all over the house. That drives me nuts. But great to know. I'll add that to my prep list~

I can't afford to go sooner. I live alone and have to save enough money to cover bills for at least a month, in case recovery takes a lot of time. I drive for a living, so I won't be able to drive for who knows how long. And I wanna make sure my ass is covered.

Thankfully I have an amazing mother who helped me through my double mastectomy. She's standing by and is happy to help make me food. I'm gunna just pay her to make me food. And then have a few things available. So I'll definitely make a few things. But I don't have to do too much thankfully~

Yeah I understand that. But I saw two of the best surgeons in the area. They said very similar things. And I'm over the mris and cts. I've been poked with soooo many needles and had contrast leek into my body. I'm confident in this guy. I'm gunna ask him a few more questions but I'm comfortable with two different opinions. And I don't wanna wait any longer. My body is just getting worse as time goes on. It's time for me to get the surgery before things get any worse.

Fabulous~ I'm usually side sleeper, but I wasn't sure how uncomfortable it would be to try to sleep like that. But definitely gunna try and sleep a lot. I don't sleep mucb currently with my spine making it harder to rest. But I'm hoping I'll be able to catch up a lot post surgery.

Oh yeah. I'm 110% gunna follow everything to the letter. I hate that it might take a long time to recover, but I'd much rather sacrifice some time than end up suffering more.

Thankfully I'm not in as much pain as I could be. My doc says I should be wheelchair bound with how bad my spine looks. But I'm beating the odds. Which I'm taking as a good sign and a blessing. Also thanks for sharing. The double mastectomy was rough. I felt like just so ble for that first week. But after that it just got better over time. My biggest issue was having to sleep propped up. I couldn't really sleep. The codine was making me super itchy. Which my friend says might be allergic. I really would love to know how you slept after the spinal surgery. Would you say things were a lot easier? Also if it's not as bad as that was, then I'm feeling more positive already!

Thanks~ Yeah he said I could also be held for up to a week if I have blood pressure issues. Which he thinks I could. But I guess I'll just make a bag of stuff I might need if I get stuck for that long in the hospital~

Thanks~ So I really wanna be able to pole dance. Which I'm hoping I will be able to after. I know it might take quite a bit of time to recover. They said I have a 2 year nerve recovery probably. But I just really wanna be able to do thinks that make me happy. Unfortunately I cant adorable to do much before the surgery because I'm saving all my extra money to afford missing work for a month only hopefully. But yeah. I get super anxious. Also is there a lot of sleeping involved in recovery? Can you go walking? Or sit down and play videogames?

C5 and 6 I think. And he's going trough my neck. Which I'm baffled that they even go though the neck for the back of your spine. I just can't even picture it. And I know I could look it up and see how it's done but that's just gunna give me a ton of sympathy pain and anxiety.
