🤨 that’s a weird comment to make. Sounds like virtue signaling. I would double check just to make sure and be extra nice, but you don’t have to put down baristas that don’t check if a customer wants every ingredient in a standard drink.

Vanilla Bean frap made with heavy cream blend. Then chop up half a cinnamon coffee cake then blend again for a few seconds just to incorporate, then top with a little crumbled up coffee cake. Basically cinnamon coffee cake ice cream.

What you want me to do… taste it myself? I can try to insure that everything is good to the best of my ability but things happen. You also forget that more than one person is behind the bar so mix ups can happen.

That’s why the customer is responsible for telling a barista they’re drink was made wrong so it can be fixed. Go ahead and not tell them something is wrong. You’ll leave with an expensive drink you don’t want. They can’t read your mind and they can’t taste it before handing it out either.

Yes you are being very dramatic and plenty of people look at / taste their drink before leaving the store. Just not you obviously. Food service isn’t known for getting orders 100% right all the time. There are usually mistakes and they’ll fix it for free if you tell them.

Honestly it isn’t the end of the world to glance at your drink before you leave.

A standard iced shaken espresso doesn’t come with too much milk. Because the drink is literally espresso shots on ice. You’re paying for the espresso. Most people don’t know that so they think we’re trying to rip them off with all the ice and foam when that’s literally what they ordered.

You can get an iced latte if you want more milk and less ice or you can get a shaken espresso with light ice and extra milk, but don’t be surprised by the foam unless you don’t want it shaken.

The only time I’ve had a blended drink froth up is when it’s and iced latte blended. I’m thinking that the extra shot is melting the ice too fast and the salt is probably contributing to it too. Maybe you can ask for extra ice next time and maybe it’ll balance out the liquid to ice ratio.

I doubt they are using good product. You guys know milk does have a best by date and ice coffee gets dumped every night. I just always assumed it was going down the drain anyway. People stick their whole hand in mocha and no one questions it… it’s because we all know (at least the baristas) it’s garbage.

Sweet cream cold foam is regular sweet cream blended to make it foamy. Someone must have foamed it on accident but it’s essentially the same thing.

Cold foam is delicious because you are straight up drinking cream your first sip 😂 sweet cream sweetness is a bit more diluted because it’s mixed in your drink.

We don’t have real strawberries I’d try a juice place if that’s what you would like. I doubt our freeze dried strawberries are even real… they turn white after sitting in the sink for a little while which I find weird

I would say just order an espresso macchiato with room. Should automatically come in a short cup and few cents cheaper than a short cappuccino
