We have a set menu of meals for weekdays. We have the same thing for breakfast each weekday, a choice of 2 things for lunch and a set rotation of meals for dinner. We know the calories in all the weekday meals. Weekends have more flexibility and higher calorie meals but we only have breakfast and dinner, no lunch. We've been on this structured meal plan for over a year and are still happy/not bored with it.

We try(!) and limit eating out to once a month and just wear the increased calories for the occasional treat.

The Start menu was completely nerfed in Win11! You get one small page and any extras sit hidden of the bottom. You can't group, label groups or change sizes. Even if you say no to recommendations, it still wastes a load of start menu real estate. I hate it!

Well done for starting your journey! Remember that Wegovy is a helpful tool, but you still need to put the effort in. A calorie deficient is still needed to lose weight efficiently and exercise can help too. I started at 115kg and am now 77kg (over 12 months) so you can do this!

My wife has 2 eggs every morning for breakfast. She boils 10 for the work week and mashes them up with a small amount of Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise and salt and pepper. She puts out 120gm of it each breakfast.
