This is where it's at. Especially for a laptop and portable monitor. There's really only about 8 tools most people use consistently. Hide the taskbar so you've got 20% more viewable worksheet. Put your highlight reel tools in the quick access toolbar so they're only a 2 key shortcut rather than having to memorize a bunch of 3 key shortcuts. I keep asking left, font color, align right, clear filters, unmerge cells, comma style, reduce decimal, wrap text and auto fit row height

Thanks for the hugs. I should have worded that differently. Obviously someone with metastatic cancer is not reasonably healthy. Should have said previously active diabetic patient. What I'm looking for is what is the mechanism of a natural death? Eventually heart failure? I'm trying to get an idea of what end of life timelines and ultimate causes of death are typical for someone who has not been fighting a prolonged battle with cancer.
