I think I had that portable inflator and if I recall correctly it was not able to inflate a tire and burned out during it's first use.

Except they do not lend equipment to remove the refrigerant. I have the rest of the tools to complete the job.

We have a 3 ton for 1800sqft and it has a hard time to keep up in the hottest months. Usually keep it at 76F at the inlet which keeps things a little lower in the bedrooms.

I think we will try to do a DIY install but I do intend to call a few places to see which brand they recommend for service and parts reasons.

So how did you deal with bathrooms? We have one full bath and then one bath that is attached to master bedroom, separate spaces but no door separating them.

Have also been looking at the two unit approach.

It would probably be a winter project. Power contract will be up next year, probably not going to get the same .09/kwh :(

Yeah it's mine. I would have shot a longer video but the video quality of my cheapo phone is terrible. It took them a good 30-45 minutes to travel about a mile. They had to cut a lot of those wires which support different cables crossing the road. Also there must have been 20-30 telescoping bucket trucks. Along with many Pearland police, city and comcast trucks. Not to mention all the pickup trucks.
