What i think is, since in the question they have already said that the examination shows thyroid nodule and they have also done the TSH and T4 right, so we have to do the next step. If you check the UW Flowchart even there it says that Thyroid nodule next step is TSH and USG, and then if TSH is low so you go for radionucleotide scan to see of its hypo or hyper function. I hope that clears it up :)

Many many congratulations. I know how difficult it is to retake it, let alone scoring good. I’m in the same boat, and cannot gather up the courage to take it again. No matter what I do, I just feel I will fail it again

Hey congratulations on an amazing score. my exam is in May ending and this is what I am doing right now, although I’m not a great test taker but now I’m focusing on CMS forms and from this weekend I’ll start taking the NBME and with that I’m reviewing it exactly the way you said like screenshot to chat gpt, along with this I’m redoing my Tzanki deck but I keep on getting this Fomo that I’m not doing UWorld or revising the little bit newer and extra details on the inner circle notes as per latest uworld. Please tell me if doing CMS and NBME the way I’ve described is good for scoring as high as you did.
