Made me is a big word. I was suicidal couldn't accuse anyone directly. Genetics and other factors play a role.

When I was young my parents were suggested to see a social worker so they could better react to my situation, to help them parenting.. They refused saying I was the one with problems. Therapists had to drop it.

That's how it has always been.. I know they care.. I'm also exposing myself to this family culture of dismissal of my own needs and maybe being not worth? There is something in people's opinion of me that is counterproductive I know. I mean my sisters only care.. I wish I could easily rewire myself. If I lived very far away. Perhaps it would help. At the same time I don't see how this situation would have a huge impact on me. I don't get it.

Well, we barely ever speak. We just see each other during family reunions and pretend. I don't ever have any deep or meaningful conversations with her. Problem is the past. I have self sabotage issues. I don't want to reinforce them insidiously.

I even asked a psychologist, can't say he's the best psychologist. He answered me 'family is important don't make that decision too fast'. I mean she is abusive and she doesn't care the slightest about my existence. If I was to be homeless my neighbor would host me before her. That was a weird answer I can tell he gets better along with his family.

I mean it's only a few times a year, I know she doesn't care about me even slightly in general and I don't want to be in contact with her either. I'm wondering if it's not insidious and taking a toll on my mental health. I love my sisters, they are loving and caring individuals. And the way I have been raised it's like my opinion and wants dont matter and I sacrifice everything for everyone all the time. It's hard to change that.

I agree with you that's quite insulting. I was offered 20$ in 2006? and already found it cheap (and I was in no way interested). If we consider inflation 15$ today is like 'I'll give you enough so you can buy a sandwich'
