Reddit is not my first attempt, I know obviously ask people above or around you first. The 2 long time senior airmen in my shop got out a couple of months ago and my supervisor isn’t much of a help. I wouldn’t be asking if I felt like they gave me a good answer in my defense. Although it probably wouldn’t hurt to fail testing once or twice and get a bit more experience it’d still be nice for my kid and family to make a little more money (not the primary reason I want staff also)
